The community consists of three separate neighborhoods:  

WEXFORD includes several large lakefront and wooded building sites as well as numerous other large lots on very attractive rolling topography. Many can accommodate walkout basements.  All city utilities, sidewalks and streetlights are provided.  The remaining homesites are priced from $49,000 to $85,000.  

WEXFORD COMMONS has slightly relaxed square footage and exterior brick/stone requirements.  All city utilities, sidewalks and streetlights are provided.  The remaining homesites are priced from $43,000 to $59,000.  A recent replat has created several very large lots.  See the plat for the revised layout.  

THE ESTATES AT WEXFORD, the newest phase, consists of 8 very large homesites in a country setting.  The lots have the option of connecting to the Wexford sanitary sewer system and all are on private wells.  There is one remaining 10.5 acre lot priced at $109,000.  This last lot provides the ability to have a large country estate within the boundaries of Danville.

All neighborhoods are open to custom builders with approval of the Architectural Committee. Those that have already received such approval are shown under the [Builders] section later in this website.  Generally, these building sites are sold directly to individuals who contract with approved custom builders for the construction of their home.  All owners in the community are members of an active homeowners association intended to enhance and protect property values by ensuring compliance with the restrictive covenants.

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

The Wexford Community is located east of Danville, Indiana, about 15 minutes west of Indianapolis.  Our new community is easily accessible with direct access to Indianapolis via 10th street or US Hwy 36 (Rockville Road).  The following aerial photo looking south shows the community before home contruction commenced (in the foreground), US36 (upper left) and downtown danville in the upper right.






















DIRCTIONS TO THE WEXFORD COMMUNITY:

(1) From I-465 @ 10th Street exit:

Go west on 10th STREET.  When entering Hendricks County, this road is identified as CR 100 North.  Continue west to the east side of Danville where the road turns south and becomes MONEY ROAD and ends at the stop sign at SYCAMORE LANE.  Turn right (west) and proceed to our south entrance which is on the right (1/2 mile).

(2) From I-465 @ US 36 exit (Rockville Road, West):

Go west on US 36 thru Avon to Danville.  At the first stop light on the east side of town (Krogers), turn right (north) on MAIN STREET, (old US 36).  Proceed about 1/4 mile to TERRY/KIRTLEY BLVD. on the left (directly across from the Sheriff's department) just west of Hendricks Regional Health.  Turn left (north) and proceed about 1/2 mile to the stop sign at SYCAMORE LANE.  Turn left and proceed west through the 4-way stop 1/2 mile to our south entrance which is on the right.

(3) From SR 39 (North or South) or US 36 (West):

Proceed into Danville to the intersection of SR 39 and MAIN STREET (US 36).  Go east all the way thru town to the stoplight at Krogers on the east side of town.  Turn left (north) on MAIN STREET, (old US 36).  Proceed about 1/4 mile to TERRY/KIRTLEY BLVD. on the left (directly across from the Sheriff's department) just west of Hendricks Regional Health.  Turn left (north) and proceed about 1/2 mile to the stop sign at SYCAMORE LANE  Turn left and proceed west through the 4-way stop 1/2 mile to our south entrance on the right.
